Cookie Policy

Template notice for the site owner: the wording below is a starting point drafted for a US-based independent travel agency. Insert your registered legal entity name, business address and fee schedule where marked, and have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review it before you run paid traffic. Delete this notice before you go live.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between page loads — for example that you already answered the cookie banner. We also use similar technologies such as tracking pixels and local storage, and we refer to all of them as “cookies” here.
2. Your choice
When you first arrive we show a banner with two options. Essential only keeps just the cookies the site needs to function. Accept all additionally allows analytics and advertising cookies. No non-essential cookie is set before you choose. To change your mind, clear the cookies for this site in your browser and reload the page — the banner will appear again.
3. What we use
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| fl_consent | Essential | Remembers your cookie choice | 180 days |
| Session cookies | Essential | Keep the site working, security and load balancing | Session |
| _ga, _gid | Analytics | Google Analytics — how many people visit and which pages they use | Up to 2 years |
| _gcl_au, Google Ads cookies | Advertising | Measures which ads led to an enquiry; supports remarketing | Up to 90 days |
| MUID, _uetsid | Advertising | Microsoft Advertising (Bing) conversion tracking | Up to 13 months |
Site owner: update this table so it matches the tags you actually deploy. A cookie table listing tools you do not use is as much of a compliance problem as one that omits tools you do.
4. Third parties
Analytics and advertising cookies are set by third parties who process the data under their own privacy policies — principally Google and Microsoft. We use their data only in aggregated, de-identified form to understand which campaigns work.
5. Controlling cookies yourself
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of this site working. You can also opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu, and install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
